As part of a review on repurposing of old school buildings, WVVA was at the Thompson Valley Community Center once again to interview our volunteers. Lindsay Oliver spoke with Kathleen Allison, Graham Buchanan, Barbara Smeltzer, and Tammy Allison about the journey from abandoned building to community center. It was wonderful to be included as a positive story, and we hope that other communities facing this issue are fortunate enough to gain the support we have here. We appreciate each and every one of you!

Travis Roberts, a Multimedia Journalist from WVVA, interviewed our very own Kathleen Allison, Barbara Smeltzer, and Tammy Allison today about the Center! Travis, himself a former student of the Thompson Valley Elementary School, was impressed with the Center and our offerings to the Community.
